PLACES OF DETENTION DESIGNATION
ORDER

The title of this Order is Places of Detention Designation
Order.
(Article 2)
1. The quarters at the Special Assignment Group Complex, Ta’
Kandja, limits of Si[[iewi.
2. The approved place of Police Custody at the Victoria Police
Station, Gozo.
The places listed in the Schedule are hereby declared to be
places of detention for the purposes of the Immigration Act.
The lock up in the building housing the Courts of Justice at
Valletta.
The lock up at the Police Headquarters at Floriana.
The approved place of Police Custody at the Malta International
Airport.
The approved place of Police Custody at the Seaport, Valletta.
The approved place at Lyster Barracks, }al Far.
