APPLICATION OF PART III OF THE DIPLOMATIC

IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES ACT ORDER

The title of this Order is Application of Part III of the

Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act Order.

(Article 2)

The United Nations Organization

The International Labour Organization

The Inter-Governmental Committee for European Migration

The Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural

Organization

The World Health Organization

The International Civil Aviation Organization

The International Telecommunications Union

The Universal Postal Union

The Council of Europe

The Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation

The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade

The Commonwealth Secretariat

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons

The organizations set out in the Schedule to this Order

(hereinafter referred to as "the organizations") are organizations of

which Malta or the Government thereof and one or more other

states or the government or governments thereof are members.

The organizations shall enjoy the immunities and

privileges set out in Part I of the Second Schedule to the

Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, and shall have the legal

capacities of a juridical person.
