The title of this Order is Prices payable for the Acquisition

of Graves and Grave Sites Order.

The price payable for the acquisition of a grave site shall

be fifty-eight euro and twenty-three cents (58.23).

The price payable for the acquisition of a grave in any

Government cemetery (inclusive of the consideration for the site)

shall be €8,000

Provided that the provisions of this article shall not apply to

the price payable for the acquisition of a constructed grave in any

Government cemetery, inclusive of the consideration for the grant

of the site, in favour of applicants who had already entered into a

preliminary agreement with the Government prior to the coming

into force of this Order. *

Reg. 3A Payment of dues. — PRICES PAYABLE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF GRAVES AND GRAVE SITES ORDER Open official source

Any person who is informed of his entitlement for the

acquisition of a grave at the Santa Marija Cemetery, Xewkija, Gozo,

will be required to pay half the amount due on the signing of the

promise of acquisition, with the remaining dues to be paid on the

signing of the contract of acquisition.

Reg. 4 Payment of dues. — PRICES PAYABLE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF GRAVES AND GRAVE SITES ORDER Open official source

Any person who is informed of his entitlement for the

acquisition of a grave will be required to pay half the amount due in

article 3 on the signing of the promise of acquisition, with the

remaining dues to be paid on the signing of the contract of

acquisition.
