of the Commissioner of Land Order.

shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2014_394_A, which plan is

enrolled in the Records of Notary Anthony Hili by virtue of a deed of

the 27th September 2016.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

the First Schedule shall, with effect from the dates specified in the

said Schedule, be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C

28965) as provided in the said article.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the areas of land

referred to in the Second Schedule shall, with effect from the date

specified in the said Schedule, be transferred back to the

Commissioner of Land.
