SUPERIOR COURTS (NUMBER OF JUDGES) ORDER *

LEGAL NOTICE 245 of 2022.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 6 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the

President of Malta has prescribed the number of judges of the

Superior Courts, besides the Chief Justice, to be twenty-six (26).
