The title of this Order is Motor Driven Agricultural

Tractors Exemption Order.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 104.2 — MOTOR DRIVEN AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS EXEMPTION ORDER

Any kind of motor-driven agricultural tractor or machine

used and intended solely for agricultural purposes is exempted

from the provisions of article 3 of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party

Risks) Ordinance, provided it is incapable of developing a speed

exceeding eight miles per hour and is so constructed as to be

controlled not by a driver riding on the tractor or machine proper

but a person on foot.
