IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 6 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

responsible for finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is Eden Place, St Julians (Special Citation.

Designated Area) Order, 2026.

Eden Place, St Julians consisting of immovable property Special

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed designated area.

to this order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Cap. 246.

Act.

Eden Place, St Julians shall be added to the List of Addition to the

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property First
