Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Corporate Sustainability Reporting

(Amendment) Act, 2026, the Minister responsible for the registration

of commercial partnerships has established the date of the publication

of this Legal Notice as the date on which the provisions of articles 17,

26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 41 and 42 of the said Act shall come into force.
