FISHERIES CONSERVATION AND

MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Fisheries Conservation and Management (Amendment) Act, 2025 the

Minister responsible for fisheries and aquaculture has established the

date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which all the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
