Electricity (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 37 of the

Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act, the Minister responsible

for energy and water services, after consultation with the Regulator for

Energy and Water Services, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Electricity

(Amendment) Regulations, 2026 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Electricity Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

The Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following new Schedule

"FOURTH SCHEDULE

(regulation 54A)

Rate determined to be the proxy for the market

Year

Ten cents and forty-eight mils (€0.10,48) per kWh

Ten cents and seventy mils (€0.10,70) per kWh

2026 ".

Ten cents and sixty mils (€0.10,60) per kWh
