(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 9 of the Public

Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Public Administration Act Citation.

(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order, 2026 and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the Third Schedule to the Public Cap. 595.

Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as the "Third Schedule".

The Third Schedule shall be amended as follows

Amends the

Third Schedule.

(a) immediately after paragraph (g) in the second column

thereof there shall be added the words "The above-mentioned

functions of the Unit shall be exercised in respect of the Malta

National Park which covers an area of three hundred thousand

square meters (300,000m 2 )"; and

(b) immediately after the table thereof there shall be

added the following new site plan

"Boundaries and extent of the Malta National Park
