Representative Actions (Consumers)

(Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 22 of the

Representative Actions (Consumers) Act, the Minister responsible for

consumer affairs in consultation with the Minister responsible for

justice, has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Representative Actions

(Consumers) (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2026 and this order

shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the

Representative Actions (Consumers) Act, hereinafter referred to as the

"Schedule".

Immediately after item (68) of the Schedule there shall be

added the following new item

"(69) Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 of the European

Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2023 on

harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data and amending

Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (Data

Act).".
