Further and Higher Education (Licensing, Accreditation and

Quality Assurance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 25 of the

Further and Higher Education Act, the Minister responsible for

education has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Further and Higher

Education (Licensing, Accreditation and Quality Assurance)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2026 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Further and Higher Education

(Licensing, Accreditation and Quality Assurance) Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

In sub-item (c) of item 3 of the First Schedule to the

principal regulations the words "up to and including level 5" shall be

substituted by the words "up to and including level 7".
