Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Differentiation between Genders

(Amendment) Act, 2025 the Minister responsible for equality has

established the date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on

which all of the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
