Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Resilience of Critical Entities and Infrastructures (Identification,

Designation and Protection) Order, 2026 the Minister responsible for

the resilience of critical entities and infrastructures has established the

23rd January 2026 as the date on which all the provisions of the said

Order shall come into force.
