Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Measures for a High Common Level of Cybersecurity across the

European Union (Malta) Order, 2025 the Minister responsible for

critical infrastructure protection has established the 23rd January 2026

as the date on which all the provisions of the said Order shall come

into force.
