VULNERABILITY ACT, 2026

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Protection of Adults in Situations of Vulnerability Act, 2026 the

Minister responsible for the rights of persons with disability has

established 17th July 2026 as the date on which the provisions of

articles 8 and 12 and Part IX of the said Act shall come into force.
