INVESTMENT SERVICES ACT
(CAP. 370)
Investment Services Act (UCITS Administrative Penalties,
Measures and Investigatory Powers) (Amendment) Regulations,
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 12 of the
Investment Services Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of
financial services, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial Services
Authority, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Investment Services Act Citation.
(UCITS Administrative Penalties, Measures and Investigatory Powers)
(Amendment) Regulations, 2026 and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Investment Services Act (UCITS S.L. 370.33.

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".
Paragraph (o) of regulation 5 of the principal regulations Amends
regulation 5 of
shall be substituted by the following new paragraph

(3), 15(1), 17(1) and (2) and 18(1) of the Investment

Schemes) Regulations;".
In the principal regulations the word "custodians", General
amendment to
wherever it occurs, shall be substituted by the word "depositaries".
