Salary or Wages (Exemption from Attachment) Order, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 382 of the

Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister responsible for

Justice has established the amount of one thousand three hundred and

fifty euro (€1350.00) per month as the amount of salary or wage which

shall be exempt from attachment in accordance with sub-article (1) of

article 382 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.

This Order shall come into effect on the 1st January 2027.
