Management of the Lampara Fishery (Amendment) Order, 2026

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 32 of the

Fisheries Conservation and Management Act, the Minister responsible

for fisheries and aquaculture has made the following regulations:-

The title of this order is the Management of the Lampara

Fishery (Amendment) Order, 2026 and this order shall be read and

construed as one with the Management of the Lampara Fishery Order,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal order".

In sub-article (1) of article 3 of the principal order the word

"non-transferable" shall be deleted.
