Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Companies Act (Central Data Repository) Regulations, 2026 the

Minister responsible for the registration of commercial partnerships has

established the date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on

which all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into force.
