Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 2025 the Minister responsible for the

registration of commercial partnerships has established the date of the

publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which the provisions of

articles 21, 23, 24 and 25(a) shall come into force.
