Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(4) of the

Online Dispensing of Medicinal Products to Third Countries from Free

Zones and Customs Authorised Warehouse Regulations, the Minister

responsible for public health, has established the date of the

publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions

of the said regulations shall come into force.
