CREDIT REVIEW OFFICE ACT, 2026

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Credit Review Office Act, 2026 the Minister responsible for the

economy and the Minister responsible for finance have established the

date of the publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which all the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
