Drugs (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the

Medical Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister responsible for

public health, after consulting with the Council of Health, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Drugs (Control)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Drugs Control Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations

immediately

after

item

"Delta-8-THCH,

delta-8-

tetrahydrocannabihexol delta-8-THC-C6" there shall be added the

following new item

"HHC-C9 jew CC9

3-nonyl-6a,7,8,9,10,10a-hexahydro-6,6,9-

trimethyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-1-ol".

In the Second Schedule to the principal regulations

immediately after the item "2-FLUORODESCHLOROKETAMINE

(2-FDCK)" there shall be added the following new item

"CARISOPRODOL

(2RS)-2-[(carbamoyloxy)methyl]-2-

methylpentyl (1-methylethyl)carbamate".
