MEDICAL AND KINDRED PROFESSIONS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 31)

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance

(Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the

Medical Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister responsible for

public health, after consulting the Council of Health, has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Medical and Kindred

Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations,

2025, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Third Schedule to the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance,

hereinafter referred to as the "Third Schedule".

The Third Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) in Part A thereof immediately after the item "Delta-8-

THCH, delta-8-tetrahydrocannabihexol delta-8-THC-C6" there

shall be added the following new item

"HHC-C9 or CC9

3-nonyl-6a,7,8,9,10,10a-hexahydro-6,6,9-

trimethyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-1-ol";

(b) in Part B thereof immediately after the item "2-

FLUORODESCHLOROKETAMINE (2-FDCK)" there shall be

added the following new item

"CARISOPRODOL

(2RS)-2-[(carbamoyloxy)methyl]-2-

methylpentyl (1-methylethyl)carbamate".
