(Amendment) Order, 2025
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 7 of the
Extradition Act, the Minister responsible for justice has made the
following order:-

The title of this order is the Extradition (Designated
Foreign Countries) (Amendment) Order, 2025 and this order shall be
read and construed as one with the Extradition (Designated Foreign
Countries) Order, hereinafter referred to as the "principal Order".

Reg. 2 Amends Schedule 1 to the principal Order. — Extradition (Designated Foreign Countries)

word "Bulgaria" there shall be added the word "Croatia".
