Marketing of Agricultural Produce and Agricultural Marketing

Centres (Repeal) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Supplies and Services Act, the Minister responsible for trade has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Marketing of

commencement.

Agricultural Produce and Agricultural Marketing Centres (Repeal)

Regulations, 2025.

(2) These regulations shall come into force within two (2)

months from the date of their publication in the Gazette.

The Marketing of Agricultural Produce and Agricultural

Marketing Centres Regulations are hereby repealed without prejudice

to anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.
