Bye-Law of 2025 to amend the Bye-Laws of 2023 in terms of the

General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards, 2021 for the

Degree of Master of Science in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74(5) and 75(6) of the

Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has promulgated

the following bye-law made by the Board of the Institute of Earth Systems in virtue

of the powers conferred upon it by article 8(b)(v) of the Statute for the Institute which

bye-laws have been approved by the Senate of the University of Malta

Reg. 1 — - M.Sc. - under the auspices of the Institute of Earth Systems Open official source

This bye-law may be cited as the Bye-Laws of 2025 to amend the

Bye-Laws of 2023 in terms of the General Regulations for University Postgraduate

Awards, 2021 for the Degree of Master of Science in Environmental Monitoring and

Assessment - M.Sc. - and shall be read and construed as one with the Bye-Laws of

2023 in terms of the General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards, 2021

for the Degree of Master of Science in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment

- M.Sc. - under the auspices of the Institute of Earth Systems, published as Legal

Notice 50 of 2018, hereinafter referred to as “the principal bye-laws”.

Applicability

Reg. 2 — - M.Sc. - under the auspices of the Institute of Earth Systems Open official source

This bye-law shall be applicable from 1 January 2025.

Amendment to bye-law 4 of the principal bye-laws
