Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Act

of the Criminal Code (Amendment No. 3) Act, 2025, the Minister

responsible for justice has established the date of publication of this

Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
