Insurance Distribution Act (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Insurance Distribution Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation

of financial services, after consultation with the Malta Financial

Services Authority, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Insurance Distribution Citation.

Act (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Insurance Distribution Act S.L. 487.09.

(Fees) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal

regulations".

place" shall be substituted by the words "and the date when the

of the calendar year in which such enrolment or creation took

place" shall be substituted by the words "and the date when the

next annual supervisory fee is due in accordance with sub-

regulation (9)".

In the second proviso to regulation 7(2) of the principal Amends
