Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Council for Maltese Living Abroad (Amendment) Act, 2024 the

Minister responsible for foreign affairs has established the date of

publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions

of the said Act shall come into force.
