IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Public Procurement of Entities operating in the Water, Energy,

Transport and Postal Services Sectors (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

the Minister responsible for finance has established that the said

regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 st January

2024. €0.09
