REVERSION OF CERTAIN LANDS ACT

Reversion of Certain Lands Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(1) of the

Reversion of Certain Lands Act, the Minister for Culture, Lands and

Local Government has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Reversion of Certain Lands Citation.

Order, 2025.

The property specified in article 3 shall revert to the person Specified

to whom the land belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the acquisition property.

by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas Act had never Cap.

303. (Repealed)

taken place, with effect from 18th June 1985, being the date on which

the land in question was acquired by the Government by virtue of the

said article.

The property to which article 2 refers is the following

Description of

specified

property.

A portion of land at Mosta, known as Tal-Blata l-Għolja, having

an area of circa four hundred and ninety-four square metres (494 m 2 ) ,

which portion is bounded from the East, South and West by third party

property, indicated in blue and marked as plot 7_3 on the plan

P.D.234A/88/1 in the Schedule.
