Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(2)(a) of the

Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of financial

services, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 6th

April 2026 and the 26th December 2026 as bank holidays.
