(Amendment) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 39 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

The title of this order is the Servizz.gov Agency

(Establishment as an Agency) (Amendment) Order, 2025 and this

order shall be read and construed as one with the Servizz.gov Agency

(Establishment as an Agency), hereinafter referred to as the "principal

In article 1 of the principal order immediately after the

words "an Agency)" there shall be added the word "Order".

In paragraph (f) of article 4 of the principal order the words

"from time to time." shall be substituted by the words "from time to

time:" and immediately thereafter there shall be added the following

new proviso

"Provided that in order to ensure the proper

performance of its functions and services as well as to

effectively meet its obligations and objectives, including

compliance with legal, regulatory and administrative

requirements, the Agency shall process personal data in

accordance with the Data Protection Act and Regulation

(EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the

Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural

persons with regard to the processing of personal data and

on the free movement of such data, and repealing
