National Drugs and Addictions Unit (Establishment as a

Specialised Unit) Order, 2024

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

National Drugs and Addictions Unit (Establishment as a Specialised

Unit) Order, 2024 the Prime Minister with the concurrence of the

Minister responsible for social policy have established the 1st November

2024 as the date on which all of the provisions of the said order shall be

deemed to have come into force.
