Merchant Shipping Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 374 of the

Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister responsible for shipping has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Merchant Shipping Fees Citation.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Merchant Shipping Fees Regulations, S.L. 234.06.

Part 1 of the Schedule to the principal regulations shall be Amends the

Schedule to the

amended as follows

regulations.

(a) in the third item thereof the word "mortgage" shall be

substituted by the words "mortgage, finance charter instrument";

and

(b) in the fifth item thereof the words "registered

mortgage" shall be substituted by the words "registered

mortgage, finance charter instrument".
