CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment

of Schedules) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister responsible for justice

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates

Ordinance (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations, 2025 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the First Schedule

and with the Fourth Schedule to the Conduct Certificates Ordinance,

hereinafter referred to as the "First Schedule" and the "Fourth

Schedule" respectively.

The First Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) in Form A thereof the words "Fee paid €2.50" shall be

substituted by the words "Fee paid €2.80";

(b) in Form B thereof the words "Fee paid €2.50" shall be

substituted by the words "Fee paid €2.80".

In the title of the Fourth Schedule the words "[Article

3(2)]" shall be substituted by the words "[Article 3(3)]".
