Public Administration Act (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(Amendment No. 2) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 8(3) and 11 of

the Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Public Administration Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2025

and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule to the Public Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as

the "Second Schedule".

In Part 1 of the Second Schedule immediately after the item

"Department of Social Security" there shall be added the following

new item

through which

the public may

contribute

and assist the
