FORCED MARRIAGE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Child Marriage and Forced Marriage

(Amendment) Act, 2025 the Minister responsible for equality and the

Minister responsible for social policy and the rights of minors have

established the date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on

which all of the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
