Registration of Sports Persons

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 37 of the

Sports Governance and Integrity Act, the Minister responsible for

sports, after consultation with the Authority for Integrity in Maltese

Sport, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Registration of Sports

Persons (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Registration of Sports

Persons Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal

regulations".

In sub-regulation (3) of regulation 4 of the principal

regulations the words "not later than 30th June 2025" shall be

substituted by the words "not later than 31st December 2025.".
