Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Postal Services (Amendment) Act, 2025 the Minister responsible for

posts has established the 1st September 2025 as the date on which all

the provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
