Control of the Sale and Distribution of Tickets and Promotional

Material from Public Spaces (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 17(k) of the

Trading Licences Act, the Minister responsible for commerce has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Control of the Sale and

Distribution of Tickets and Promotional Material from Public Spaces

(Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Control of the Sale and Distribution of

Tickets and Promotional Material from Public Spaces Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

Regulation 1 of the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows

(a) in the marginal note thereof the words "and

commencement" shall be deleted;

(b)

the number (1) referring to sub-regulation (1) shall be

deleted;

(c)

sub-regulation (2) thereof shall be deleted.
