Health and Safety at Work (Procedures in relation to the Issuance of

Administrative Penalties) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 45 of the

Health and Safety at Work Act, the Minister responsible for health and

safety at work has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Health and Safety at

Work (Procedures in relation to the Issuance of Administrative

Penalties) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2025 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Health and

Safety at Work (Procedures in relation to the Issuance of

Administrative Penalties) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the

"principal regulations".

In Schedule II to the principal regulations the words,
