Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 2025 the Minister responsible for the

registration of commercial partnerships has established the date of

publication of this Legal Notice as the date on which articles 7, 9, 10,

11, 12, 13, 14(b), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35,

36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55,

56, 57, 59 and 60 shall come into force.
