Health Care Professions Act (Amendment of

Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 51(1)(e) of the

Health Care Professions Act, the Minister responsible for health has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2025 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth

Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter referred to as

the "Fourth Schedule".

In Part II of the Fourth Schedule under the heading "Nurses

and Midwives", immediately after the item "Malta Association of

Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates" there shall be added the

following new item

"Malta Association of Skin and Wound Care (Nurses)".
