FEES ORDINANCE

Identity Documents (Fees) Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister

responsible for finance, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Identity Citation and

commencement.

Documents (Fees) Regulations, 2025.

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 1st August

2025.

containing any data that is no longer correct) which

are not declared to be lost, stolen or

(1) The fees listed in the Schedule shall be payable to the Fees payable.

authorised officer as designated by the Prime Minister as the person

authorised to issue identity documents or to any person delegated for

the purpose.

(2) The authorised officer may waive any fees payable in

respect of a particular application if, in the opinion of the authorised

officer, payment of the fee would cause financial hardship to the

applicant, taking into consideration the applicant’s means and

circumstances.

3. The Identity Documents (Fees) Regulations are hereby
