Fees Payable for Residence Permits and Employment Licences

Regulations, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister responsible for immigration, with the

concurrence of the Minister responsible for finance, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees payable for

commencement.

Residence Permits and Employment Licences Regulations, 2025.

These regulations shall come into force on 1 st August

(2)

2025.

There shall be paid in respect of each item the following

fees

1. Employment related residence permit applications by third

country nationals

Fee payable on

Application for a single permit as regards

residence and work valid for a period of up to one

Application for renewal of a single permit

3. The Fees payable for Residence Permits and Employment

Repeal and

Licences Regulations are hereby repealed without prejudice to

anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.
