Public Administration Act (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(Amendment) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 8(3) and 11 of

the Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Public Administration Act Citation.

(Amendment of Second Schedule) (Amendment) Order, 2025 and this

order shall be read and construed as one with the Second Schedule to

the Public Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as the "Second Cap. 595.

Schedule".

In Part 1 of the Second Schedule the item "Works and Amends the

Infrastructure Department" shall be substituted by the following new Second

Schedule.
